Custom Orders, Sizing & Production Approvals

Due to the custom nature of our flush doors, pine entries, engineered slabs, and carved teak portals, all orders are manufactured based on dimensions provided or approved by the client. It is the sole responsibility of the customer or their site supervisor to verify all height, width, frame thickness, and routing measurements prior to approving production work orders. Once custom production begins at our facility, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified without explicit written approval and financial compensation for work completed. Mohan Wooden Doors manufactures precisely according to confirmed technical job sheets.

Pricing, Payment Terms & Taxes

All listed product prices, bulk wholesale rates, and shipping charges are quoted in accurate currency figures and are subject to applicable government taxes and transport costs. Full or partial advance payments, as specified in your formal quotation, must be cleared before manufacturing processes or site dispatches are scheduled. We reserve the right to revise product prices or adjust quotes if project specifications, raw timber costs, or required delivery timelines undergo major revisions during production planning. Timely payments ensure uninterrupted production schedules and prompt dispatch routines.

Shipping, Logistics & Delivery Responsibilities

Mohan Wooden Doors coordinates with reliable transport carriers to ensure safe, secure, and prompt delivery of palletized door shipments directly to your specified site location. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery schedules, operational delays caused by transit traffic, extreme weather, or regional transport restrictions remain beyond our direct control. Buyers are required to thoroughly inspect all received bundles at the time of site unloading and immediately report any visible transit damages on the consignment note before signing dispatch receipts. Claims regarding transit damage made after unverified unloading will not be entertained.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the prevailing legal framework governing commercial transactions. Any legal disputes, operational disagreements, or claims arising from transactions with Mohan Wooden Doors shall be subject to amicable mutual negotiation prior to initiating formal proceedings. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, any formal legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of local commercial courts.
